In order to ensure smooth and fast posting of your tender to our website We kindly require the following procedure be followed:
| Use only Word, pdf, or Excel format.. If other formats inform the Webmaster. |
| Use Separate email for each tender |
| In each email you send, please state what section you belong to, for example : USACE; JCC; ...etc and a local mobile phone number |
Write the following info on your subject text box of you email : Solicitation no. / Title of the tender/ Closing Date of the tender . Take the following sentence as an example: Also In your text of your email, please follow the following example format exactly: Solicitation NO: W917BG-07-R-0088 Always use Arial type face and font size 12 Please note that if the total size of your attachment make up more than 2 mega bytes, try to break it up into smaller parts and call them part 1, part 2 ....etc

| If you send an amendment that contains either cancellation or extension of Due Date, please report such cancellation or extension to the webmaster, so that he reports on the website |
Tenders are not posted during holidays including Fridays and saturdays (for long holidays, you will be informed of special actions taken in this connection). The IBC staff attend here from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and this means that tenders sent to us after 3:30 pm will be posted the following day, if this day is not a holiday.
Do not send the tender to many emails of the BBC, as this will create confusion among other staff members. Use the webmaster email address: Currently the email is post@iraqibusinesscenter.org email only. Please do not use personal emails, except in cases of having problems with the office email.
If you like to send more info on the body text of your email, that is preferrable.
